Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from BijouVibe within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Ship the package to the address we provide

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
